Constructed with sturdy tempered glass, this high-quality 14 inch (36 cm) glass lid is built for convenience and durability. It is created to fit the Swiss Diamond Wok, and can be used on both the standard and the induction versions. As a universal lid, it can also be used with any 36cm pot, skillet or saute pan? a perfect fit is only guaranteed for Swiss Diamond cookware. The adjustable knob has an integrated steam vent that opens and closes to control steam without lifting the cover. It can be used in the oven up to 260 C (500 F) , but should not be used under a broiler or placed near a heating element. Please avoid exposing this or any glass cover to rapid temperature changes, especially putting a hot lid under cold water.
