John Boos boards are made in the USA from North American hard rock maple. They meet the very high standards of commercial kitchens by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) . MetroKitchen recommends hand washing with soap and hot water. Do not put in dishwasher or board will be ruined and warranty will be invalid. One-year warranty from the John Boos Company against defects in workmanship or materials. To seal and protect the wood, treat with John Boos Mystery Oil every 3-4 weeks, depending on how frequently you use this board.
