A tree frog graces this delightful ring by Albert Ickenroth. He crafts the fanciful figure in sterling silver bathed in 22k gold. Adjustable in size, the ring makes an enchanting reminder of Mexico. Among the ancient Maya, frogs were harbingers of rain. When offerings were made to the rain god, four small boys were tied to each corner of the altar. Their job was to chirp like frogs to call the life-giving showers.
