It was not until her relocation to North Carolina, in which Jacqueline begun to share her craft with friends and family. Jacqueline took her interest to another level when she decided to study Culinary Arts at a local community college. Thus, the beginning of DeeJak's Personal Chef & Catering Services was born in October 2012. After, several years in the catering and event planning Jacqueline desired to reach more everyday people and expose them to her signature dishes. In May 2015, DeeJak's Restaurant opened it's doors for the public serving Monroe and the surrounding areas classic American items at affordable prices.
