The HydroGuard HDG-P117 Premium Chlorine Taste & Odor Filter reduces chlorine, dirt, sand, sediment and rust particles from your water. The Aqua-Pure comparable HDG-P117 Filter features specially formulated high-absorption activated carbon. The Cuno comparable HDG-P117 can be used in filter systems that call for a standard size (9.75-inch X 2.5-inch) small diameter 5 micron filter such as Ametek, American Plumber, GE, Pollenex, Sears and WaterPik. The HDG-P117 Water Filter has a rigid construction which eliminates sediment unloading and yields a low pressure drop. HYDROGUARD HDG-P117 Cartridges are manufactured with FDA CFR-21 compliant materials and provide a flow rate of up to 3 gallons per minute for point-of-entry applications.
