. The Rokinon 16mm T/2.2 Cine Lens has outstanding optical quality. It features a 'de-clicked' Aperture to reduce noise and jerking motion. This lens is best used for video.It is follow-focus compatible to provide a convenient quick and precise method for controlling the focus on your camera without the need to constantly reach over to the front of the lens (follow focus systems are standard with professional photographers and videographers needing to frequently adjust a camera's focus according to changing scenes; hence the name 'follow' focus) . With an angle of view of 79.5A the lens is well-suited for shooting landscapes architecture and for use in tight interior locations. A maximum aperture of T2.2 means that the lens is effective in low-light shooting and can produce a shallow depth of field when the lens is closer to the subject. The lens has a minimum focus distance of 7.87'. A bayonet-mount lens hood and lens pouch come included with the lens.
